Outstanding hotel! Very clean, staff was very attentive, breakfast was great, and had great amenities. From the check in with Felicity to the outstanding service from Lori and Robin. These people go above and beyond. I travel for work and I’ve never seen this type of service at any hotel consistently. You can tell that good customer service is something implemented from the top. There was not one rude person on staff. Thanks for a great stay.
Excellent hotel, especially for the price point. Good location off the highway and near downtown Ft Scott. Rooms are comfortable and clean and well appointed. Breakfast is well stocked and fresh, the staff is right there to get anything you might need. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Hotel is also dog friendly - parking lots and grass areas are clean and safe for walking, neighborhood is nice as well.
I have stayed here many times and have left a couple of reviews before but I need to say, once again, that this stay was as exceptional as always. I want to compliment housekeeping and especially Shelly for cleaning our room so well. She goes above and beyond to make it comfortable and clean. The whole staff here has always been more than friendly and accommodating every time I have stayed and you can't beat their biscuits and gravy! Lol. Thanks again for being my home away from home.

Solo traveler. Easy on & off freeway is important as well as safety. I asked if there were any special rates. I was kindly offered 20% off which was perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. AC cooled room down quickly. Shower provided hot and good water pressure... perfect for sore muscles. Felt safe. Highly recommend.
We came back for our family reunion, and absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay. Very clean. Great options every morning for breakfast, hot and healthy. The bestest cup of coffee ever! Thank you Brea. Great nights sleep (bed and pillow), sweet dreams. Friendly staff everywhere. Definitely staying here when we're back in town. Loved it!!! Thank you all very much!!
Got the handicap room with roll-in shower. Bed was not too high and was comfortable. Toilet height was acceptable for use with a shower chair. There is a workout room, laundry and a pool. Will stay here again when we are in the area.
